Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
